Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Negotiate and determine in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Develop SOP to reduce process rejection.
∎ Identify supplier issues and take corrective & preventive action.
∎ Ensure proper process of deviation approval and Keep track of deviation approved product.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis of process rejection and product related customer feedback.
∎ Assess customer requirements and ensure to meet the requirements.
∎ Establish Kaizen and ensure continuous improvement of process.
∎ Maintain the product specification as per BDS & IEC standard.
∎ Assist wastage minimization.
∎ Benchmark product for research & development.
