Additional Requirements:
Must have Sales/ Operations experience in a Super Shop or Retail Shop.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Good understanding of merchandising, planogram, and retail operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain planogram standards and engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Drive for achieving primary and secondary sales targets.
Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service.
Manage and effectively utilize showroom marketing tools and promotional materials.
Collect and process purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN), return notes, and payments.
Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
Gather market insights and prepare regular market intelligence reports to support business strategy.
Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
