Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of professional lighting products.
Support the sales team in achieving showroom sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related information professionally.
Monitor showroom cleanliness, ambiance, and visual merchandising standards.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for product availability and stock replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Arrange product demonstrations and support promotional activities when required.
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and internal departments for operational support.
Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance showroom efficiency and customer experience.
