Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily, monthly, and annual production targets.
Take timely and effective decisions related to production operations to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Provide engineering and technical support for production and maintenance activities to maximize output and equipment efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvements to optimize equipment utilization, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
Coordinate closely with cross functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance production capacity, product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with production goals and financial objectives.
