Responsibilities & Context:
- Total responsibility of the Group property of Lohagara for rent collection and other development issues.
- To ensure all the building facilities are well maintained and compliant with safety and regulatory manner.
- To manage all the building contracts and relationship with service providers (water, electricity and other services)
- To organize the cleanliness of the whole property .
- To maintain tenant inquiries , complaints and ensure resolution in timely manner.
- To maintain all the tenant records, files, contracts, lease and other documents.
- To prepare and maintain all the fnancial statements, budgets, reports.
- To manage accounts payable , receivable including rent collection and payments processing.
- To coordinate with head office for tax consultation and other regulatory issues .
- To ensure all the rent related issues up to date with timely manner.
