BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Digital Banking Division:

Grade: SPO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall coordination and project management (manage activities, timeline, track progress, manage risks, escalation and deliverables) for multiple priority projects

  • Identifies deliverables under his/her responsibility. Plans & executes these deliverables taking care of cost, timeline & milestones

  • Lead and manage high-impact projects from start to end that interface with multiple teams/stakeholders

  • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments related to projects.

  • Act as a point of contact of the project between different teams within the company

  • Develop and implement a strategy that can contribute to the success of the projects, plus willing to get on the ground to drive the success of the project

  • Follow systems to evaluate the success of the project and share the results or findings

  • Proposes & implements risk mitigation plan

  • Is responsible to propose the migration strategy & plan of execution

  • Supports in defining integration strategy & coordinates with required teams
