Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop and implement production plans and schedules in coordination with the Factory In-Charge to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
∎ 2. Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, energy, and other resources to meet production targets while minimizing waste.
∎ 3. Monitor daily production activities to ensure targets are achieved efficiently and address any deviations promptly.
∎ 4. Ensure all ceramic tiles produced meet required quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures at every stage of production.
∎ 5. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues to minimize defects and rework while suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
∎ 6. Plan and optimize manpower utilization to achieve maximum productivity with efficient use of machines and materials.
∎ 7. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
∎ 8. Arrange on-the-job training for workers to enhance technical skills, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and enforce industrial safety protocols.
∎ 9. Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
∎ 10. Coordinate with procurement and commercial departments to ensure the availability of raw materials.
∎ 11. Ensure efficient utility consumption, preventing the misuse of gas, electricity, and other resources.
∎ 12. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery and equipment function optimally, including calibration and routine maintenance.
∎ 13. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
∎ 14. Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, downtime, and quality metrics, to senior management.
∎ 15. Maintain and update all production records and documents securely and confidentially.
∎ 16. Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ 17. Optimize shift management to minimize worker overtime while ensuring operational efficiency.
∎ 18. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in ceramic tile manufacturing.
∎ 19. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
