Position Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Production & Operations (MS, GI & Aluminum)
Job Location: Habiganj Industrial Park
Position Summary:
Manager / Senior Manager – Production & Operations (MS, GI & Aluminum) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, including planning, executing, and optimizing production activities. This role ensures efficient utilization of resources, alignment of production with supply chain and inventory management, adherence to quality and safety standards, and achievement of production and delivery targets. The incumbent will drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and smooth operational flow across MS, GI, and Aluminum manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities for Production role:
Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency
Maintain product quality as per company and industry standards
Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies
Analyze production data and prepare reports for management
Lead and develop production team members, including shift supervisors
Key Responsibilities for Operations Role:
Oversee overall plant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate between Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of products
Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication
