Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain close coordination with the Sales team to evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of current promotional materials, ensuring their optimal utilization.
Set and communicate monthly targets for respective Area Managers within the distributor network.
Oversee product and sales performance while ensuring timely delivery.
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective coordination with Area Managers.
Provide necessary product and stock support to facilitate smooth operations and target fulfillment.
Ensure achievement of both sales and collection targets.
Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including regular stock reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark market offerings against company policies.
Identify and articulate customer needs and challenges, providing actionable insights.
Coordinate with Unit Heads to ensure alignment and execution of company policies and objectives.
Act as a key reference point for all product-related queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
Monitor distribution, sales performance, and customer feedback through structured market research.
Continuously evaluate and improve product performance, and contribute to the development of new features for existing products based on market demand.
