Responsibilities & Context:
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, latte art, and specialty drinks following recipes.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, make recommendations, and handle payments using POS systems.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Store Cleanliness: Sanitize work areas, seating areas, and equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Restock supplies (cups, lids, coffee beans) and keep display cases tidy
