Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and lead all operational activities of the factory including Manager, Senior Designer, Designer, Quality, Delivery, and Store sections.
Ensure effective planning, coordination, and execution of all production and operational functions.
Develop strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials in coordination with production and store departments.
Monitor overall production processes to maintain efficiency, quality standards, and smooth workflow.
Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and performance of all machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.
Take strategic initiatives to achieve production targets while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Evaluate and improve production systems for higher efficiency and productivity.
Approve and finalize production schedules in consultation with higher management before execution of work orders.
Supervise administrative functions including employee management, leave, discipline, and compliance.
Lead workforce development initiatives including training, performance improvement, and workplace environment enhancement.
