Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Procurement Management

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Handicraft

• Age 33 to 45 years

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

• Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English. [Mandatory]

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP/IBM business solutions.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing/operations management and production planning & control.

• Outsourcing or Local Purchasing especially from Cottage industries or Small & Medium Enterprise(SME).

• Must have interest to work with small Sub-cotractors spread all over the country especially in rural area.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

• Capability to train, motivate, and develop subordinates.

• Production Planning and Scheduling based on sales trends and market demand while optimizing manufacturing efficiency and costs.

• Monitoring TAT & Adjust schedules as needed to respond any changes in demand or production capacity.                                         

• Establishing/Negotiating with Sub-contractors, suppliers & vendors to ensure fair terms and mutual understanding of obligations.                                                                                    

• Establishing trust and effective communication with Sub_contractors to ensure successful outsourcing projects.                                                                           

• Ensuring effective communication between production/Sub-contractors teams and management to align on priorities and targets.                         

• Overseeing the completion of outsourced work on time, within budget and to required quality standards.                                                          

• Evaluating the performance of external stakeholders and ensuring they meet their contractual obligations.                                                                  

• Leveraging the expertise and resources of Sub-Contractors to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 

• Coordinating with logistics and warehousing to ensure timely dispatch and storage of products.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.                                

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality control, maintenance, sales, and R & D to ensure smooth production flow.                                                                           

• Prepare and present reports to senior management, track KPIs such as on-time delivery, production efficiency and resource utilization to prepare strategic decisions.  

• Manage production planning staff, provide guidance, training and mentorship and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Implement and manage production planning software and data analysis tools to enhance visibility, control and efficiency of production operations.
