Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, IPE
∎ M. Pharm Preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee activities of ORS, Pharma, FMD and Toll production to ensure smooth production function.
∎ Oversee all line activities for production which includes dispensing of Raw materials, Crushing and sieving operation, Blending operation, Pouch filling and sealing, Packaging and transfer of finished products to store.
∎ To review BMR, BPR, SOP and Validation Documents according to requirement and keeping good liaison with all production employees.
∎ Submission of Weekly production report.
∎ Maintaining cleanliness of Production area, and Supervision of Cleanliness and Hygiene.
∎ Maintain liaison with QA, Engineering, Purchase, Distribution, Store & Administration Department for smooth production.
∎ Job allocation of all Officers to Dy. Manager of Production Department
∎ Evaluation of performances of subordinates.
∎ Monitor all utility service necessary for production, implementing GMP, timely availability of all raw and packaging materials.
∎ Maintain a congenial atmosphere and good relationship with the union representatives.
∎ Prepare annual budget for production.
∎ Facilitate technical and financial audit for factory.
∎ Training need assessment, preparation of training material and organizing training for the employees.
∎ To perform any other duty entrusted by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Should have at least 03 years experience in similar role in a reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Sound knowledge in GMP, Pharma Production, Strong Leadership, IT & Communication Skills.
∎ Knowledge on Compliance & Regulatory Requirements.
