∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare production floor to execute production plans and on time monthly production with high efficiency.
∎ Manage and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly production targets effectively and efficiently.
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming orders and take necessary actions for preparations.
∎ Communicate, coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure materials availability and uninterrupted operations to achieve daily production target.
∎ Drive process improvements initiative to increase effectiveness.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection/rework/customer complaints etc. and take corrective and preventive actions to reduce in optimum level.
∎ Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to ensure on time delivery with engagement of internal/external resources as required.
∎ Sound knowledge about leather and footwear breakdown and modern layout system.
∎ Ensure the daily production target with required quality.
∎ Extensive knowledge regarding footwear costing.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
