Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & monitoring inspection/shipment/ establishment plan
∎ Preparing & monitoring T&A
∎ Manage PPC floor level staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Follow up capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process
∎ Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.
∎ Capacity booking analysis
∎ Preparing master plan
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower
∎ Reviewing operators? skill level and assist corrective action along with the proposal of trainings for potential workers
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders
∎ Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
∎ Maintain close & effective liaison with other Department and cater their requirement successfully
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management
∎ Monitoring & controlling the IE and planning related activities of 100% export oriented knit garments factory.
∎ Preparing operation analysis sheet.
∎ Should be an expert on motion study, time study, work study etc.
∎ Should be able to calculate SMV & SAM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Planning
