Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill. Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali Good knowledge & skills in computing Strong technical knowledge in Planning system & it`s SOP Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame Good inter-personal & communication skills Needs to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Planning

Responsibilities & Context:

Prepare & monitoring inspection/shipment/ establishment plan Preparing & monitoring T&A Manage PPC floor level staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability Follow up capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments. Capacity booking analysis Preparing master plan Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower Reviewing operators? skill level and assist corrective action along with the proposal of trainings for potential workers Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity; Maintain close & effective liaison with other Department and cater their requirement successfully Report to the authority in details for time to time Any Other tasks assigned by the Management Monitoring & controlling the IE and planning related activities of 100% export oriented knit garments factory. Preparing operation analysis sheet. Should be an expert on motion study, time study, work study etc. Should be able to calculate SMV & SAM.
