Responsibilities & Context:
Production Monitoring as per T&A, must be good in daily follow up.
Fabric & Accessories booking & Costing.
Correspondence with buyer as per required.
Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities, as required.
Be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations.
To strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time.
To be creative.
Do risk analysis of all inquiries received and then pass to suppliers.
Discuss with buyer if any inconsistencies or technical difficulty.
Passing clear, accurate and timely information to related all.
Ensure that production takes place in agreed unit.
Daily effective correspondence with BO and suppliers.
To evaluate and give solutions for order related queries and complications.
Update Team Leader and set action plans together.
Support Team leader in supplier evaluation.
