• Oversee and manage the entire production process from raw material acquisition to final product delivery.

• Develop and implement efficient production strategies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous Improvement.

• Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.

• Use data analysis and lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.

• Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of production equipment and materials.

• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures. 11. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for senior management.

• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, quality, logistics, and customers to align production goals with overall company objectives.

• Drive innovation by implementing new techniques and technologies to improve production processes.
