∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must have depth knowledge on PLC, VFD, HMI etc.
∎ Knowledge on Recycle Fiber Machine will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have clear understanding about factory Electrical maintenance.
∎ Execute project activities such as Installation, Testing, and Commissioning etc. and meet project timeline.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all machines.
∎ Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure that the job is done efficiently, effectively, and safely.
∎ Manage and maintain all electrical systems including PLC, VFD, HMI, Substation, Generator, Air Conditioner, Air compressor, WTP etc.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts through liaising with vendors and cross-functional departments.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all utility consumption, maintenance activities and expenses.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
∎ Respond to emergency maintenance requests based on requirements.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by managements.
