Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in heavy equipment maintenance will get preference.
∎ Experience in spinning industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and lead a team of mechanic, welder and technicians to ensure optimal performance and productivity in mechanical maintenance activities.
∎ Execute project activities such as Installation, Testing, and Commissioning etc. and meet project timeline.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all machines.
∎ Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure that the job is done efficiently, effectively, and safely.
∎ Manage and maintain all mechanical systems including Recycle Fiber Machine, Generator, Air Conditioner, Air compressor, WTP, fire detection & protection systems, etc.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts through liaising with vendors and cross-functional departments.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all utility consumption, maintenance activities and expenses.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
∎ Must have knowledge on fire safety regulations and standards.
∎ Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
∎ Respond to emergency maintenance requests based on requirements.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by managements.
