∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in EEE/ Electronics/ Mechanical from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mobile Accessories, Mobile phone assembling, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall production process through supervision and monitoring of production.
∎ Preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Coordinating and liaisons with the other Dept. / Sections for precise production planning.
∎ To solve production problems in consultation with factory management.
∎ Determining quality control standards and preparing quality check report as required.
∎ Check the final quality before production.
∎ Maintain the quality of finish products as per standards.
∎ Assessing project and resources requirement.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
∎ Ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Make necessary arrangement of training for subordinates to increase the production capacity by following modern production procedure.
∎ Take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Any other task as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in mobile assemblling/ production Industry will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge on mobile phone & accessories will get preference.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
