Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Factory Accounts, Mobile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day to day factory petty cash transactions.
∎ Prepare and maintain cash, bank and journal vouchers in ERP software.
∎ Completing daily transaction and ensure timely payment of the bills.
∎ Estimate fund requirement and requisition to HO for required fund transfer.
∎ Cash salary, overtime and allowances payments to workers.
∎ Execute and keep record of payments related to recurring transaction such as factory rent, utilities, mobile bill, courier bill etc.
∎ Weekly reconcile bank/ cash ledger and report to HO accordingly.
∎ Keep record of bills/ invoices/ challans for future references.
∎ Perform inspection and audit to verify physical stocks quantity and reconcile with ERP.
∎ Monitoring material usage according to Production reports.
∎ Monitoring production related journals entries in the organization’s ERP
∎ Keep factory licenses and other relevant documents updated.
∎ Any other relevant duties by the supervisor.

∎ Candidates having experience in mobile phone/ Electronics items manufacturing company will get high preference.
∎ Sound Knowledge and experience with ERP software.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill.
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
