Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Rice Mill including administrative work.
∎ Supervising and Monitoring all department head of the factory
∎ Plan, organize, direct, run, and optimize day-to- day operations.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various cost control systems.
∎ Training for production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ Monitor technical problems and ensure maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
∎ Develop SOPs and ensure production process as per SOPs.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The candidate must be production oriented.
∎ Must have working experience to lead Auto Rice Mills as factory manager.
∎ The incumbent have to handle the total operation including Production.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good Computer Skill.(Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint) is must.
