∎ B.Sc in any discipline from any reputed Institution.
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Gravure ink, Paint Factory, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall production process through supervision and monitoring of production in accordance with the scheduled quantity as well as quality.
∎ Preparing production plan and execute accordingly with the consent of the factory management.
∎ Preparing as well as daily production reports.
∎ Coordinating and liaisons with the other Dept. / Sections for precise production planning.
∎ To solve production problems in consultation with factory management.
∎ Check the quality before production
∎ Ensure the CAN Making quality in every steps for Semi-Automatic Line, High Pressure Can (HPC) Line & Component Line.
∎ Ensure quality checking & test the products (samples) in Lab by using lab apparatus & equipment.
∎ Prepare quality check report as well as final quality of lot in production.
∎ Check & sign floor Record Book, make report and counter-sign from superiors.
∎ Maintain the quality of products as per standards.
∎ Continuous development/improvement for Lab & Process.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in paint coating chemical/ Ink Industry will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge on Raw materials & processing will get preference.
∎ Must have ability to proper analysis of material requisition.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
