Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
∎ Coordination with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
∎ Stock finished products and ensure availability of Raw-materials along with packaging materials on the production floor from main store.
∎ Report on defective products or machinery.
∎ Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.
∎ Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
∎ Recommend for process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
∎ Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Provide job training align with the HR department to workers to meet production goals.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Have to ensure cleanness, Proper use of PPE in all sections.
∎ Production report preparation and timely submit to the concerned authority.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Superior.

∎ Candidates must have the experience in Gravure Ink/ Paint production industry will get preference.
∎ Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing process.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
