∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Age 35 to 45 years·Experiences 13 to 16 years·
∎ Must have strong leadership, management capability and target-oriented.
∎ Should be experienced and capable of managing minimum 15 sewing lines and fully the RMG production System (Cut to Shipment) for knit & Woven Garments.·
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla (Local Language).
∎ Ability to work as a team leader and do multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Should have experience in a cut to shipments procedure.
∎ Candidate having exposure to Lean Manufacturing will be given preference.
∎ Should have knowledge regards to production efficiency, manpower utilization and IE.
∎ Knowledge, experience and familiar with cutting- sewing-finishing to shipment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the IE & Planning department.
∎ To monitor and control all production processes in the sewing/cutting/finishing section (Cut to Shipment).
∎ Responsible for entire sewing production matters of the designated/assigned Sewing unit.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about Garments breakdown & modern lay out system of sewing lines.
∎ Develop the sewing standard and SOP for sewing floor for achieving the planned production target and required quality of the garments.
∎ Follow-up and ensure production from fabric to accessories and sewing to finishing to ensure to meet the shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management of the sewing dept.
∎ Will be responsible for quality issues of the garments during sewing and guide & motivate the under-commands accordingly.
∎ Coordination with Merchandising, IE & Planning and give them proper support in all sewing related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all Sewing related reports.
∎ Understand and maintain compliance (Social, Technical, Health & safety) in sewing operation and in the Sewing section.
∎ Work closely with concerned departments from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems.
∎ Maintain the production schedule, strictly follow up hourly production and work for achieving and increasing production target.
∎ To monitor production, target every hour of a day. Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check to lay out a plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief/ Supervisor and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and in hygienic condition.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products·
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
