Job Context:
∎ Oversee the production process; coordinate all production activities and operations. Plan and draw up a production schedule. Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate. Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
∎ Job Location: Barisal, Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, formulate, organize, control and direct production activities. URS preparation for equipment, formulations, progressive and in compliance.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up production schedule.
∎ Execute focus on factory manufacturing strategy and align with overall plant strategy.
∎ Ensure cGMP practices and their implantation in manufacturing.
∎ Manage work priorities with strict time lines and allocate resources to assure assigned
∎ focus on factory goals.
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with Marketing Team & Supply Chain.
∎ Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Arrange the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Supervise and motivate the team of workers.
