Job Context:
∎ Global Brand Pvt. Ltd is a leading ICT product distributor and Enterprise solution service provider in Bangladesh.
∎ Currently, we are looking for a young, energetic, and self-motivated individual as a "Product Manager" in our corporate business segment who has a detailed understanding of existing and evolving technology and also has hands-on experience in managing techno products (Networking and Server Storage) in any similar ICT industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Market visits, meeting with Prospective Customers, and Generate New customers
∎ Regular follow-up to the existing customer and up-to-date the customer with full information
∎ Work with the salesman to attend meetings for collecting customer requirements
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team for effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Working for Tender at the spec level to win the project.
∎ Prepare PSI and other sales reports to forecast Sales, Inventory, and Product Import.
∎ Ensure competitive price benefits from OEM/Principle
∎ Responsible for providing the sales team with the technical expertise/training to sell the product.
∎ Developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives
∎ Take responsibility for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations.
∎ Generate PI and send it to SCM for importation.
∎ Make sure that the old stock has cleared on time.
∎ Provide product knowledge training to sales personnel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent has experience in managing the Networking and Server Storage related product will be added as an advantage.
∎ Product knowledge, Product Management, Product Marketing
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, and technologies.
∎ Must have a good sense of Brand Management.
∎ Smart, proactive, and result oriented.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
