We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for IE in IE Department at the Knit Garments Factory.
Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Preparing master production schedule (MPS) for PCTL based on existing operational capacity for confirmed orders & projection orders & weekly update capacity interagency plan for upcoming marketing session.
Make monthly/weekly production line loading plan based on PCD & shipment date. Line loading plan will be converted to cutting/sewing/finishing plan based on shipment dateline.
Prepare buyer wise weekly inspection plan, coordinating with production team for daily plan vs actual achievement to monitor proposed weekly inspection.
Following up daily PCD with merchandising & coordinating with fabrics planning team for on-time fabrics delivery as per given T&A preparing corrective action plan (Plan-B).
Coordinating with store team to monitor material inventory reports & daily following up with merchandising concern for balanced material as per BOM requirements.
Setting up an authentic production reporting by MIS.
Coordinating daily with merchandising teams for up-coming orders confirmation & advising the risk factors for upcoming orders considering capacity/qty/style difficulty.
Following up with outside factory for print/emb/washing operation if anyone has in order.
Ensuring planning, monitoring & executing all kind of sub contract operations (garments, embroidery/print, etc.)
Making budget plan along with IE (monthly/quarterly/annual) in a profitable way and updating management on weekly basis.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
