We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for IE in the IE Department at a Knit Garments Factory.

Job Location will be Ashulia, Savar.

• Ensure daily basis MIS & all types of reports, which are generated by IE checked & reviewed.

• Prepare monthly & yearly KPI reports.

• Identify loopholes and weaknesses in production.

• Ensure line layout as per the IE bulletin and SMV.

• Analyze capacity and time study as per SMV for running and new style.

• Arrange pocket meetings with production staff to develop production efficiency & productivity.

• Prepare a production report and inform management by e-mail.

• Follow up on sewing lines, finishing, & cutting efficiency.

• Provide artwork at CM cost.

• Monitor hourly production on the basis of a capacity study, production study, SMV and efficiency report.

• Check operation paper bulletins every style.

• Prepare the TNA/line loading plan.

• Follow up on the weak points generated by planning.

• Operate skill development training activities.

• Perform any other works as assigned by the Management.
