∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make the macro & Micro planning (Forward & backward), Capacity planning , Days plan Target, Monthly plan target, Achieved Target, Production efficiency by Excel & Fast React.
∎ Capacity planning and Responsible for plant order booking as per their SAM and styling.
∎ Analyze current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.
∎ Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion by analyzing delays & interruptions and accordingly adjusting production schedule to meet deadlines.
∎ Following the T & A Calendar to execute the shipment on time. Follow up the Case-file in production to meet the Buyer requirement, with being handed-over from merchandising.
∎ Follow up on timely arrival of raw materials and accessories and coordinate with Merchandising & shipping dept to ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
∎ Organizing co-ordination meeting with production head, IE, technical, quality, merchandising team for the better follow up in the shop floor.
∎ ? Maintaining close encounters with buyers/buying houses, marketing team for smooth production flow to maintain the delivery schedule
∎ Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).
∎ Prepare various business & operations reports for different departments and present to the ED and MD for analysis & decision making.
∎ Overseeing production and dispatch related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting & inventory control management
∎ Maintaining LOW inventory & Increasing Cash Flow.
∎ Setting target for next three months – Production & Shipment
∎ Reducing Cycle Time. ( Cut to Ship lead Time )
∎ OTIF & Through put time calculation Style wise.
∎ Outsourcing & sub contracting of Orders
∎ Issues and resolve the same at the earliest to maintain smooth production run
∎ TNA Updation Every week , (To make Sure Fabric, Trims ,Sealer & PO file Release on time )
∎ Planning, Designing & Erection of new facilities
∎ Facility Design
∎ Manpower , Machinery & Equipment Planning.
