Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have proficient on Microsoft Excel.
∎ Payroll management Responsible for ensuring on-time disbursement of salary, allowance, incentives, bonus as per company policy and Bangladesh labor Law.
∎ Ensure company's each payroll within every pay period.
∎ Responsible to Keep the Payroll System Always Up to Date for various audit.
∎ Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
∎ Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
∎ Receive and to record requests for leave and other absences.
∎ Must be follow payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
∎ Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
∎ Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records. Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
∎ Monitoring Various Daily, Weekly or Monthly Reports (Headcount, Manpower Movement, Working Hour, Line Transfer, Incentive, Tiffin Order Sheet, Nightshift Report, etc.
∎ Determines employees' tax obligations by calculating taxable income as well as review the Income Tax Act 1984 and necessary amendments.
∎ Performs the distribution of salaries through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts.
∎ Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for tax.
