• Proficiency in administrative tools and ERP systems.

Reports To: Head of Logistics

About the Role:

Responsible for end-to-end operations, purchasing, supply, and inventory management. Oversees procurement, Enterprise Resource Planning (System Application Processing - SAP) processes, cost analysis, and stock control, ensuring timely supply to meet sales demand while coordinating planning and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis the requirement & issue Purchase Order (PO) Local ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) Creation and Punch in SAP, prepare and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) management. And coordinate with Suppliers for Import Purchase.

• Compile all purchase-related costing and evaluate price comparisons between the budget and actual costs.

• Requisition analysis, Summaries requirement, Production report analysis, Arrival Report analysis, Analysis the requirement & issue PO Local ODM Creation and Punch in SAP, PO coordinate with product head, sales operation, Factory & finance, PO Quantity.

• To achieve the demand & on time supply as per sales requirements, follow-up Factory & Warehouse, Retail included Ageing & Ageing Liquidation Plan & number of Inventory holding days checking. Maintain PSI report to be aware of the requirement & stock built up status

• Weekly/Monthly forecast meeting, Import arrival planning & Production planning with all HOD. Make a role overview.
