Haier Bangladesh Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager – AC to oversee product planning, production coordination, and lifecycle management within factory operations. The role requires strong cross-functional expertise in production, quality, technology, and sales to ensure efficient manufacturing and market competitiveness.

1. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for Air Conditioner (AC) products.

2. Coordinate with production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient manufacturing and delivery timelines.

3. Drive production planning and order management, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts.

4. Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

5. Oversee technology integration, automation, and process optimization in factory operations.

6. Manage and monitor equipment performance, maintenance, and upgrades.

7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product positioning and market demand.

8. Utilize systems such as SAP, POS, and other ERP tools for reporting and decision-making.

9. Lead and develop factory teams, ensuring strong people management and performance culture.

10. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
