  • Strong communication skills in English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM & PP modules.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.



Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role:

The Manager – PSI (Factory) is responsible for factory-wide material planning to ensure uninterrupted operations and alignment with business targets. The role oversees PSI planning, daily scheduling, material requirement forecasting, and SAP PP/MM data management. This position requires strong analytical skills, system expertise, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver production efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning

  • Prepare and finalize the yearly Factory OPSI plan in alignment with business objectives.

  • Perform product and unit-wise monthly, weekly, and daily production scheduling.

  • Analyze plan vs. actual gaps and take corrective measures.

Material Planning

  • Monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure timely availability for uninterrupted production.

  • Track material shipment ETD/ETA and issue Early Warning Plans (EWP) to prevent stock shortages.

  • Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for local raw materials and SFG based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

  • Plan the optimal utilization of leftover materials to minimize waste and ensure resource efficiency.

SAP & Data Management

  • Act as the key coordinator for SAP PP & MM module operations from the factory side.

  • Maintain accurate material master data, including basic data, purchase info records, and MRP parameters.

  • Monitor OS&D (Over, Short & Damage) activities and ensure timely reporting and closure.

Report & Meetings

  • Prepare and share planning and material status reports as required.

  • Perform additional assignments and tasks delegated by the organization.
