Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline. Commerce department preferable from any Public reported university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Sound knowledge of commercial, Banking works, Import/Export, clearing & forwarding (C&F) company related, customs bond rules & regulation, Inventory, Finance, HR & Admin, BEPZA rules, etc.
∎ Capable to monitor and supervise the actives of the all department effectively and efficiently.
∎ Coordination with other all the relevant functional Department of the Factory.
∎ Ensure total quality management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of top management, buyers and external auditors.
∎ Section production planning & control according to order.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required
∎ Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer's instruction.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Top Management.
