ISP Tech Support, ISP Technology, Juniper, Network Engineering, Switching & Routing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing network operation center, support and NOC team.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot network devices like servers, routers, switches, OLT and firewalls etc.
∎ Managing Technical Team to deliver service on time.
∎ Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
∎ Attending customers' complains and queries through phone calls, emails and visit client premises if required.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs.
∎ Design and implement the ISP network infrastructure.
∎ Overseeing the overall network, resolving the technical issues and making corrections to meet the deadline.
∎ Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Juniper core switches and routers.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Manage Domain and Web hosting service.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriately. Processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Provide professional guidance, and assistance and supervise all kinds of network troubleshooting and customer support activities.
∎ Implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.
∎ Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in different operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, etc.)
∎ Skilled in VMware platform.
∎ Professional Certification on Linux and VMware will be added an advantage.
∎ Excellent Leadership, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Experience in ISP core Networks and infrastructure.
∎ The applicants must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with the core network of Juniper.
∎ Professional certification on the core network of Juniper will be added an advantage.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
