∎ Having experience in footwear development & sourcing ( Bata, Apex, Lotto, Bay ) Will get preference.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Having experience in footwear development & sourcing ( Bata, Apex, Lotto, Bay ) Will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare business plan of footwear category for Retail and Wholesale channel through extensive numerical analysis and justifications for startup brand.
∎ Develop season wise product line through local and overseas supplier for retail and wholesale channel.
∎ Finalize sample, negotiate Cost price with respective suppliers and set style wise MRP to ensure target margin objective.
∎ Prepare season wise product plan by following calendar and generating ideas. & Develop season wise product line local and overseas supplier for retail and wholesale channel.
∎ Prepare all sorts of PO for finished goods as well as accessories.
∎ Continuous follow-up with suppliers for timely receiving of finished goods.
∎ Prepare distribution plan and ensure the execution through retail.
∎ Visit factory on regular basis for sourcing new product.
∎ Forecast sales and re-order on time to ensure proper product replenishments.
∎ Merchandising action on slow movers and aging articles
∎ Follow up on time receive of finished goods
