∎ Directly working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order negotiations, and Placements.Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic frameworkWork closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / PhasesFeedback Follow up on each Season Customer Sign offs with narrow down StylesSourcing Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow upsPrice negotiation and Costing Finalization with CustomersOrder placement & Delivery ConfirmationCapacity Allocations and Production Follow upsShipment process & Customer Communications
