Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a team and also lead and manage all your subordinate allocated for the Customer Accounts given by the management to handle.
∎ Must be able to do costing of all kinds of woven and knit garments and able to do costing independently & on the spot.
∎ Understand Merchandising Calendar. Plan & execute product development from existing or new customer and make sure samples sent to buyer on time meeting specification & requirements.
∎ Negotiate with buyers, participate in bidding process and obtain order confirmation in terms of price, costing, quality and lead-time.
∎ Make internal plan with TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ To work closely with related departments, vendors and clients to resolve development/ production issues, whilst updating the client on the WIP progress on a weekly.
∎ Identify capability gaps & manage KPI. Develop the competence & capabilities within existing suppliers aligned with the long-term strategy and manage relationship with suppliers.
∎ Follow up & Co-ordinates with production and Quality team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Maintain Weekly progress reports, with up-to-date information on all orders & outstanding issues.
∎ Source and negotiate price for raw materials and deliver the right products at the right price on time.
∎ Follow-up with the factory planning/production team and ensure shipments on time.
∎ Ensure communication of delivery & capacity problems if any with the customer.
∎ Follow up total order from development to shipment.
∎ To review fit and pre-production & Production samples with the Garment technical department, to ensure that all key comments are followed.
∎ To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work as a team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven with amicable personality
∎ Specialized in handling Knit & Woven Orders.
∎ Good knowledge in price quotation, product development and make proper T&A calendar.
∎ Should have good knowledge and expertise in Microsoft office especially in MS Excel.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
