Job Context:
∎ Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Manager-Merchandiser.
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leadership Capability
∎ Able to motivated the team member
∎ Management meeting handling and implementation
∎ Follow up all documentation related to finance & commercial, both imports & exports.
∎ Ability to work and follow up the critical path / T&A from developments until shipment and update daily and weekly basis.
∎ Ensure clear communication with Honkong office, with planning and production team, with sample development section and production delivery on time and in full.
∎ Follow up and Coordinate with the Planning team for capacity allocation, and be responsible for on-time delivery.
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality, and Packing departments and follow up on a daily basis to meet final shipment on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Merchandising in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Must have strong communication with the foreign buyers.
∎ Having experience in Semi /Large Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytically ability.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
Salary: Negotiable
