Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which involves in producing Stationaries and hygiene products (e.g. Tissue Products, Paper, Baby Diaper, Baby Wipes, Sanitary Napkin), A4 papers, Industrial papers, etc. Currently, we are looking for proactive and skilled professionals in the mechanical department of MPPML. This position will be responsible for managing the mechanical team and the incumbent will report to the functional head for the daily duties and responsibilities.

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products to deliver efficient mechanical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team to resolve technical challenges.

• Manage engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, including cost and requirement analysis, scheduling, and coordinating activities with stakeholders.

• Establish programs to support training, process improvements, and best practices and protocols to enhance team capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent performance.

• Ensure the safety and reliability of all mechanical systems and products to enhance operational reliability.
