• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Conduct daily, weekly & monthly check of every process machine & maintain individual machine performance logs.

• Allocate manpower to ensure effective tasks.

• Ensure accurate record keeping of all machinery documents related to process machines.

• Perform thorough checkups during scheduled maintenance of process machines, addressing each critical points.

• Coordinate with the workshop in-charge to produce or procure required spare parts by providing samples or drawings.

• Oversee the effectiveness, productivity & longevity of machine performance.

• If imported spare parts are needed, gather detailed technical data, pictures or parts numbers & discuss with the department chief.

• Implement cost-reduction measures & energy saving activities across the operations.

• Conduct thorough preventive maintenance checks, whether machines are running or off.

• Prepare monthly budgets, maintain records of consumable spare parts & submit reports to the department chief
