∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Must have Strong Presentation & communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Experience working with international donors, government ministries, or development partners is an asset.
∎ Excellent understanding of government functioning, procurement processes, and digital public infrastructure.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Provide guidance and training to junior sales or marketing staff as needed
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Government procurement processes and Private sector business environment
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to build trust and maintain professional networks
∎ Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
∎ Use reporting tools, Project management tools and monitoring tools as per
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in both Government and Private sectors
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement authorities
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
∎ Maintain excellent professional relationships with Government departments, agencies, and regulatory bodies
∎ Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids for Government projects and Private sector opportunities
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance
∎ Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for e-Governance and digital public service initiatives.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders at national and regional levels.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (finance, technical, operations) for smooth project execution
∎ Prepare and manage large-scale project documentation, RFPs, contracts, proposal submissions and reports for stakeholders.
∎ Monitor integrated marketing for e-governance initiatives.
∎ Design and manage campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including projects, communications, and government liaison units.
∎ Organize and support workshop and awareness programs for digital government initiatives.
∎ Ensure adherence to Government procurement guidelines, public sector tendering rules, and company policies
∎ Alignment with government communication protocols.
∎ Coordinate with government stakeholders to promote citizen centric digital services.
∎ Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Bangladesh market context
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
∎ Develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content relevant for Government and Private sector audiences
∎ Organize and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events
∎ Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management
∎ Prepare daily, weekly , monthly & quarterly report based on the work.
∎ Regularly meet sales target as per the Marketing and Sales Plan.
∎ Develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content relevant for Government and Private sector audiences
∎ Proven track record of managing large-scale e-government or digital transformation programs.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-Government sector.
∎ Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with the e-Government market.
∎ Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, visit reports.
∎ Weekly/monthly reporting to senior management on targets and achievements.
