Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall controlling and management of carton factory.
∎ Design, implement, and facilitate long-term and short-term business plans for carton factory.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning.
∎ Manage cross-functional alignment of marketing process/roles & responsibilities for strategy & planning, creative direction, product marketing, innovation, design, and product operations.
∎ Maintain close liaison with customers for receiving orders and scheduling production program.
∎ Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of cartons to different export-oriented garment factories in order to shipment schedule.
∎ Provide requisitions for procurement of papers to make the production program in consultation with the marketing department.
∎ Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
