Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the Group
∎ Go the extra mile every day for customers.
∎ Individuals capable to handle a profitable business
∎ Setting KPI for the department.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets
∎ Manages relationships with key customers
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
∎ Identifies avenues for new business initiatives / tie-ups / collaborations etc.
∎ Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing customers
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
∎ Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Provides inputs into the costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing
∎ Ensures matching of planned vs. actual cash flows through appropriate follow-up on customer payments
∎ Works towards achieving targeted increases in the Net Sales ratio
∎ Supports the development of a performance-driven culture amongst all employees
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees under him.
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 years in marketing and at least 5 years in a position of similar responsibility
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty, and openness
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team-building skills
∎ Good people skills, communicating and listening, and ability to build a team who can provide the administrative services required.
∎ Able to demonstrate a systematic and common sense approach in order to effectively play the designated role.
∎ Advanced knowledge of IT i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the Internet is a must.
∎ Strong in written and spoken English is highly required.
∎ Result-oriented, ability to multi-task, handle and bring issues to closer
∎ Achieve and improve company Key Performance Indicators
