Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with highly experienced on related job.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making attachments in house and giving training to all mechanics to in special sewing machine.
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines.
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Have to be technical problem-solving knowledge for sewing, cutting and other Machineries.
∎ Have to setup the line layout like Machine arrange, Folder arrange, Machine parts arrange, Support all machine adjustment & any attachment arrangement.
∎ Have to monitor the daily use parts check & new parts check like knife, needle plate, rotary hook, lopper change.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and sewing machinery.
∎ Sound knowledge on effluent treatment plant, water treatment plant, sewerage treatment plant, water purification system, RO system, iron removal plant and responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and schedule maintenance of these utilities.
∎ Responsible for smooth operation, preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance of boilers, air compressors etc.
∎ Ensure smooth water distribution, schedule maintenance and preventive maintenance of deep tube well, lifting pumps, boosting system etc.
∎ Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget preparation, monitoring and controlling, expense record and downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
∎ Carry out any other job, as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 -12 years (in same field)
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience as a "Manager-Maintenance" for a Knit Garments Factory (knit & Lingerie product)
∎ Team building capacity and sound leadership
∎ Candidates must have experience in knit factory
