• Strong knowledge of utility systems including HVAC, power, water, and other facility services.

• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising utility operations.

• Budget preparation and financial management skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and technical issues.

• Proficiency in maintaining records, reports, and documentation.

• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and contract management.

• Prepare, implement, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintaining all Machinery.
• Plan system upgrades and component replacements while managing the financial and administrative aspects of Machinery operations.
• Oversee the daily operations of all Machineries, ensuring proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for textile machine foundation, Erection and installation, modification, development, enhancement of system &repair of mechanical as well.
• Develop, recommend, and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and supervise the operation of all machinery and utility support, ensuring proper stock levels of utility materials.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all activities related to Machinery management.
• Provide and arrange technical support for all equipment to prevent failures and ensure continuous operation.
• Sustainable engineering related development works such as Utilization of byproduct Hot water, Condensate water, Vapor condensate, recycle of used water.
• Spare parts consumption record, machine wise costing & comparing month to month for cost reduction as well as problem with the machine.
• Respond promptly to any Machinery-related issues or emergencies.
• Supervise schedules maintenance activities, including work performed by contractors or subcontractors within the system.
• Monitor Machinery service contracts to ensure compliance and effective performance.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate utility and technical staff, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain all statistical and financial records related to Machinery operations.
• Supervise, manage, and forecast stock levels of all utility materials and equipment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.
