∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and follow through that the Plans are in place to assess the learning and development needs for Apex Footwear Ltd. at all levels in the context of the business requirements.
∎ Design, Develop & Execute Learning and Development methods comprising of contemporary and blending learning approach which will be digitally enabled.
∎ Follow through that the measures are in place (in line with best practices) to demonstrate and articulate the impact of learning and knowledge on business results (i.e. transfer of learning).
∎ Manage Learning Needs Identification process to ensure all new learning initiatives and programs are focused on delivering knowledge & skills to deliver business strategy (Growth, Productivity, Responsibility and Winning Organization)
∎ Lead the L & D team to ensure right quality of service delivery to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge & Skills required are L& D Principles, HR Analysis, Communication & Interpersonal skills, Learning Agility & Team working & Networking
