Experience:

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• The incumbent requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in chemical   engineering/ applied chemistry from Public, Private or Oversees University.

• A PGD/Diploma degree from reputed institution on footwear   manufacturing will add more value.

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Excellent understanding of the footwear manufacturing process, materials,and technologies.

• Understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in EVA Sheet/vinaloy sheet making and how to design for efficient production.

• Understanding the processes of flip-flop making, including how different formulations affect comfort, durability, and performance.

• Ability to maintain good working relations with all fellow Team Members &  cross-functional team.

• To Set & Achieve Target Business Matrix.

• To set production target on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.

• To set Manpower allocation according to Machine, Materials & Project.

• Achieve target with Team Balancing according to SOP

• Formulate process improvement/Development to achieve target efficiently.

• Coordinate with other departments to run smooth & timely production.

• Synthetic line output quantity must be ensured as per plan.

• Reworks must be minimized & Quality must be followed to achieve the production.

• Shop orders must be closed on time as per plan (Monthly).

• Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance and PD to avoid any inconvenience in production floor.

• Line monitoring and minimizing the bottleneck & ensure delivery on time.

• Ensure housekeeping, line discipline, manpower utilization, next shift production materials, attendance etc.

• Ensure efficient utilization of Manpower.

• Synthetic Product development idea sharing.
